Tailor a solution:
Through the information that you provide to us, we obtain what the estimated open market value for your property. Based on this we provide an estimated offer. We also provide estimated rents and other solutions that meet your needs (e.g. rent discounts, rent free periods). There is no obligation and certainly no pressure associated with these solutions.
Find the right solution:
If the estimated offer is of interest, we will instruct and pay for an independent valuation of the property. When the results come back we agree the exact offer and figures that meet your needs. Again, there is no obligation to proceed at this stage.
The Sale Process:
Once you have come to a decision to sell, we will handle all of the paperwork. There is no cost to you and we will pay legal costs associated with the sale. We can help find you a solicitor and pay all legal costs or will pay up to �500 if you use one that you have found. We use our experience to make sure that the sale goes through smoothly and with minimum disruption to you.
After the sale:
After the sale completes, we will not simply disappear. We will see the process to a conclusion whether that be providing time until you have decided to move, or sign a lease.
